Conference Proceedings & indexing

Springer will publish IAMOT papers in the conference proceedings, which are indexed in Scopus.

Important Note on Copyright: Due to copyright policies, a paper published in the proceedings cannot be published in a journal without substantial changes. Therefore, if authors prefer their work to be considered for a special issue after the conference, they should:

Submit a shorter version of their paper to the conference.
Opt out of publication in the official conference proceedings to avoid copyright conflicts.

IEEE Engineering Management Review (IEEE-EMR) Accepted and presented conference papers will be eligible for consideration in the IEEE‑EMR Special Section, provided that they are prepared and written for the journal’s readership.

Selection Process: The Conference Scientific Committee will conduct the initial selection and review of submitted papers. Papers that do not meet the required standards of quality and rigor will not be accepted for presentation at the conference.
Evaluation: After this first review, selected papers will be evaluated by the IAMOT Best Paper Award Committee, which will offer recommendations to authors regarding the suitability of their paper for the IEEE‑EMR Special Section.
Author Action: Authors should indicate whether they wish their manuscript to be considered for the IEEE‑EMR IAMOT Special Section.
Note: Papers must fall within the journal’s scope and research focus. Please be advised that acceptance for conference presentation does not guarantee subsequent publication in IEEE‑EMR.
